About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map potential B2B clients for Wellz’s portfolio, qualify them and engage prospects.
- Execute active outbound prospecting strategies across multiple channels: cold email/call, social selling (LinkedIn), WhatsApp, phone and video calls.
- Qualify leads consultatively and schedule strategic meetings for the Sales Executives (AEs).
- Manage and maintain the sales funnel in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and accurate control of the contacts and company pipeline.
- Analyze conversion metrics and propose continuous improvements to optimize our prospecting engine.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Reside in São Paulo and be available to work from the office 3 times per week.
- Experience in active outbound prospecting, business development, or selling to large, complex strategic accounts.
- Intermediate English is a plus.
