About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map, approach, and close partnerships with key players in the fitness market.
  • Structure agreements involving multiple variables and decision-makers, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the partnership.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to the main pillars of the Brazilian fitness market.
  • Position Wellhub as a strategic partner alongside associations, consultants, and opinion leaders.
  • Collaborate with Sales Strategy to translate internal market insights and industry reports into the sales pitch.
  • Collaborate with the press office and participate in events to keep the brand top-of-mind for gym owners.
  • Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to convert complex visions into tangible solutions, using a consultative approach to build high-level partnerships.
  • Already possesses or can easily navigate through major players and associations (Bonus: knowledge of the Brazilian gym market).
  • Understands that a key account can take months to convert and knows how to manage that pipeline effectively.
  • Capable of using market data to dismantle technical objections.
