About the role

  • Responsible for the retention and expansion of recurring revenue from existing customers.
  • Strategic management of customer KPIs, including financial analysis, sales performance tracking, and the development of strategies to maximize results.
  • Promotion of initiatives to increase sales, such as digital campaigns, incentive programs, and more.
  • Proposing process improvements to ensure operations and daily routines are aligned with customer expectations.
  • Mediating conflicts by proposing solutions that meet both customer and business needs.
  • Identifying new opportunities with existing customers.
  • Extracting and analyzing data, transforming it into meaningful insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Proactive, organized, agile, and independent profile, with the ability to handle pressure and constant change.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Resilience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer retention and Customer Success.
