About the role

  • Build the next generation of AI-powered solutions.
  • Provide high-quality data to power the engine of Wellhub’s generative AI product.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of information on existing and potential partners.
  • Discover and collect data from various sources and formats (text, photo, video, audio).
  • Process and enrich this data, transforming it into actionable insights.
  • Enhance partner content, user recommendations, business intelligence, and overall platform quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in programming languages such as Python, or Kotlin, or Go.
  • Experienced in working with SQL/NoSQL technologies (e.g., OpenSearch, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL) understanding common use cases and performance pitfalls.
  • Experienced in working with message queues & async processing (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Experience with API development and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work efficiently on highly scalable and distributed projects.
  • Proven experience with projects with a more experimental scope.
  • Fast learner, easily adapting to new technologies.
  • Passionate and proven experience to build reliable minimum viable products and pilots.
  • Nice to have: PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Nice to have: Proven experience with one or more topics listed above.
  • Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Nice to have: Experience with Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
