Business Development Manager
Gym LaunchBusiness Development Manager developing relationships with gym chains and fitness franchises to drive revenue growth. Leverage existing industry network and own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and build a pipeline of gym chains and franchise organizations (focus: 10-100 location groups).
- Own the full sales cycle - outreach, discovery, proposal, follow-up, close, and managing the ongoing relationship with the client.
- Leverage your existing industry network to open doors quickly.
- Collaborate with the Gym Launch executive team on strategy, pricing, and deal structure.
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with consistent follow-through.
- Represent Gym Launch at industry events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience selling to gym chains and fitness franchise organizations.
- You currently sell (or recently sold) a product or service to gym chains or franchise organizations.
- You have meaningful relationships with the decision makers inside multi-location fitness businesses.
- Self-directed, organized, and relentless about follow up.
