About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will co-own gyde's go-to-market motion together with our CEO.
  • In this role you build and develop the commercial partnerships that accelerate our growth — and support key customers across the entire sales and customer lifecycle to secure early wins in new segments and translate learnings directly into scalable processes.
  • Manage and further develop existing partnerships with software and training partners, as well as initiate and close new partnerships.
  • Guide key customers and leads through the entire sales and customer lifecycle — from initial contact to long-term customer retention.
  • Develop and implement market-specific GTM strategies: messaging, positioning, and channel selection in close collaboration with the CEO, Product, and Marketing.
  • Build repeatable GTM playbooks and processes — derived from your own hands-on market experience.
  • Run 2–3 GTM experiments per quarter: What drives conversion? Maintain a relentless focus on what works — and let go of what doesn't.
  • Refine the ICP and buyer personas based on real market feedbacks.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of B2B experience — in business development, partnerships, or sales (preferably in a startup/scale-up), or in responsibility for complex client projects (e.g., management consulting).
  • You have driven commercial results yourself — whether partner deals, won projects, or developed accounts — and can provide concrete evidence.
  • You actively and routinely use AI tools — as a genuine lever, not a gimmick.
  • Confident and precise communication at decision-maker level — internally and externally.
  • Self-responsibility and tolerance for ambiguity are not buzzwords to you — they are part of your daily work.
