Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive performance
Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring inventory records, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions
Coordinate daily operational activities and staffing schedules to meet customer and company commitments
Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members to drive performance and operational success
Monitor work quality, ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with leadership, team members, and cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives
Resolve employee concerns, enforce company policies and procedures, and foster a positive work environment
Support safety, housekeeping, and workplace organization standards to maintain a clean and compliant operation

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years of relevant work experience
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Experience with computerized scanner equipment
Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
Ability to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment
Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred)
2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred)
Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred)
Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (preferred)
May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer
