About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive performance
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring inventory records, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions
  • Coordinate daily operational activities and staffing schedules to meet customer and company commitments
  • Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members to drive performance and operational success
  • Monitor work quality, ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with leadership, team members, and cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives
  • Resolve employee concerns, enforce company policies and procedures, and foster a positive work environment
  • Support safety, housekeeping, and workplace organization standards to maintain a clean and compliant operation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience with computerized scanner equipment
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
  • Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
  • Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
  • Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment
  • Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred)
  • 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
  • Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred)
  • Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (preferred)
  • May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer
