About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
- Prepare schedules
- Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with computerized scanner equipment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime and weekends
- Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to reach above the head, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
- Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment
- Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred)
- 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred)
- Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (preferred)
- May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer
- Must comply with GXO policies and CDC, OSHA, and state and local COVID safety requirements
