About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage multiple operational areas, ensuring service, productivity, quality, and KPI targets are consistently achieved
  • Drive operational performance through effective resource planning, workflow management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop, coach, and support Front Line Managers (FLMs), creating a high-performance culture focused on engagement and accountability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous management experience within a fast-paced logistics, distribution, or warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, engage, and develop teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
  • A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience using operational systems and performance reporting tools
