About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing weekly and monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission
  • Producing payroll, finance, and customer reports, including weekly costings and reconciliation activities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for payroll and Time & Attendance queries, resolving issues within agreed service levels
  • Maintaining payroll and Time & Attendance systems, ensuring all employee data, rates of pay, and records are accurate and up to date
  • Supporting the Finance function with purchase orders, reporting requirements, financial administration, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in payroll, finance, administration, or a similar detail-focused office environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Confidence using Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised, analytical, and proactive
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
