About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead all inventory activities across the site, ensuring stock accuracy, integrity, and compliance with operational standards
  • Manage cycle counts, perpetual inventory checks, reconciliations, and reporting to support customer and business requirements
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, providing accurate management information and operational updates
  • Develop, coach, and motivate the inventory team, creating a culture focused on engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Drive process improvements across inventory operations, working collaboratively with operational, finance, and IT teams to enhance performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous inventory or stock management experience within a warehouse, logistics, retail, or eCommerce environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with customers
  • Experience using warehouse management systems, with JDA knowledge highly advantageous
  • A results-driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities
