About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead all inventory activities across the site, ensuring stock accuracy, integrity, and compliance with operational standards
Manage cycle counts, perpetual inventory checks, reconciliations, and reporting to support customer and business requirements
Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, providing accurate management information and operational updates
Develop, coach, and motivate the inventory team, creating a culture focused on engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
Drive process improvements across inventory operations, working collaboratively with operational, finance, and IT teams to enhance performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous inventory or stock management experience within a warehouse, logistics, retail, or eCommerce environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with customers
Experience using warehouse management systems, with JDA knowledge highly advantageous
A results-driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities
