About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain stock accuracy and integrity across the Mossend Distribution Centre and wider Scottish depot network
Lead stock control activities, including stock checks, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations
Act as the key point of contact for stock-related queries, providing support and guidance across 7 depots
Produce accurate stock reporting and ensure consistent stock processes and standards are followed across the network
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of SOPs to enhance stock accuracy and operational performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven stock control and previous management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment
Good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to build relationships across multiple sites
Full UK driving licence with a willingness to travel across the network
