About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain stock accuracy and integrity across the Mossend Distribution Centre and wider Scottish depot network
  • Lead stock control activities, including stock checks, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations
  • Act as the key point of contact for stock-related queries, providing support and guidance across 7 depots
  • Produce accurate stock reporting and ensure consistent stock processes and standards are followed across the network
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of SOPs to enhance stock accuracy and operational performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven stock control and previous management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to build relationships across multiple sites
  • Full UK driving licence with a willingness to travel across the network
