About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and proper documentation
  • Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule shipments
  • Prepare shipping documents and packaging for outgoing shipments
  • Upload, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill inventory and logistics needs
  • Complete other duties that may be assigned
  • Assist in the setup and installation of computer server racks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word)
  • Ability to do basic math calculations
  • Ability to read and interpret documents (safety rules, operating instructions)
  • Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment
  • Additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed
