Warehouse Team Leader

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve and exceed operational KPIs and customer expectations
- Manage stock integrity through cycle counting, inventory audits, investigations, and stock control processes
- Promote a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and safe systems of work
- Monitor productivity, allocate workloads, and provide performance feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Support customer requirements by responding to queries, producing reports, and maintaining excellent service levels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operational supervisory/team leader role
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when dealing with customers, colleagues, and management
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock control processes, and inventory management
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
