Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor experience within a fast-paced operational, logistics, manufacturing or warehousing environment
Strong and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation
Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
Strong analytical skills and experience producing meaningful HR reporting and insight
