About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the site HR lead, providing expert advice and guidance on employment law
- Coach, support and challenge managers on employee relations matters
- Lead recruitment, workforce planning and retention activities
- Produce and analyse HR metrics and management information
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, managers and external partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor experience within a fast-paced operational, logistics, manufacturing or warehousing environment
- Strong and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
- Strong analytical skills and experience producing meaningful HR reporting and insight
