Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, motivate and support warehouse colleagues across rotating AM and PM shifts
Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with site procedures
Monitor productivity, performance and operational KPIs
Manage absence, conduct, performance and training needs in line with policies
Resolve issues quickly, ensuring consistent operational flow and high service levels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous supervisory or team‑leader experience within a warehouse environment
Strong communication and people‑management skills
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
Proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement
A safety‑first mindset with excellent attention to detail
