About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the People Team, ensuring HR processes and colleague records are maintained accurately and efficiently
  • Support onboarding, inductions and employee lifecycle activities
  • Assist managers with people-related processes, including absence management, investigations, disciplinary administration and general HR guidance
  • Produce and maintain HR reports, people data and site records, ensuring information remains accurate, confidential and GDPR compliant
  • Support colleague engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous administrative experience within a HR, people-focused or customer service environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn, take ownership and develop within a HR career path
