HR Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative and operational support to the People Team, ensuring HR processes and colleague records are maintained accurately and efficiently
- Support onboarding, inductions and employee lifecycle activities
- Assist managers with people-related processes, including absence management, investigations, disciplinary administration and general HR guidance
- Produce and maintain HR reports, people data and site records, ensuring information remains accurate, confidential and GDPR compliant
- Support colleague engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous administrative experience within a HR, people-focused or customer service environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn, take ownership and develop within a HR career path
