About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct driver pre-briefs and debriefs
- Ensure all route information, paperwork, and operational updates are communicated accurately
- Capture feedback from drivers
- Support the day-to-day transport operation by planning and coordinating ad hoc transport requests
- Maintain accurate schedules and ensuring service levels are met
- Complete a range of administrative duties including payroll processing, data entry, and document management
- Monitor compliance and operational systems by managing defect reporting
Requirements
