About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the flow of customer and supplier goods in and out of the warehouse with efficiency and care
- Lead a team on shift, driving excellent service, quality standards, and full Health & Safety compliance
- Collaborate with senior leadership to hit KPIs/SLAs, promote continuous improvement, and create a great place to work
- Deliver all operational, customer, and people KPIs while exceeding cost and financial targets within a shared budget
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards, managing stock loss and damage within agreed tolerances
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities that enhance customer experience, engagement, and financial performance
- Build a high-performing, inclusive culture by developing talent and strengthening cross-functional relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a management role, leading large teams within a logistics or warehouse environment
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills, with a track record of delivering KPIs and SLAs
- Good analytical and decision-making ability, with customer focus and financial acumen (budgets, P&L)
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
