MHE Instructor – Lates
GXO Logistics, Inc.MHE Instructor responsible for training, testing, and mentoring colleagues in safe MHE use. Working with the established MHE team at The Entertainer in Banbury.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Instruct, test, monitor, reassess and mentor colleagues in the safe use of MHE
- Create all associated documentation and issue certificates of qualification
- Pass details to site admin team
- Deliver MHE training in line with the accrediting body and onsite guidelines
- Act as an ambassador for learning, leading by example while providing training & support to learners
- Provide continuous on-the-job coaching
- Stay updated with the latest regulations & legislation relevant to MHE and H&S
- Ensure individual training is evaluated, recorded and maintained appropriately
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current MHE trainer qualification and actively training on a recent and regular basis
- Consideration given to experienced MHE operators with valid licenses wanting to undertake trainer qualification
- Previous warehouse experience
- Holder of Counterbalance, Reach, VNA & PPT licences
- Flexible approach to meet business needs
- Strong & accurate administration skills along with MS Office – Excel and Powerpoint
