Key responsibilities & impact

Instruct, test, monitor, reassess, and mentor colleagues in the safe use of MHE
Create associated documentation and issue certificates of qualification
Be an ambassador for learning and provide ongoing coaching
Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain training records

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current MHE trainer qualification and recent training experience
Previous warehouse experience
Hold Counterbalance (minimum), Reach, VNA & PPT licenses
Strong administration skills, especially in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
