About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the HR Operations across Warehouse and Transport
- Lead the on-site HR presence and support site operational teams
- Provide consultancy and advisory service on discipline, grievance, and performance improvement
- Facilitate employee relations with site teams and trade union representatives
- Provide full HR generalist support and advice to managers and employees
- Lead, coach and develop the HR and Payroll team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a similar HR management role
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to build relationships
- Effective influencer and communicator
- Adaptable to rapidly changing environments
- CIPD Level 5 qualified/part qualified or studying towards
