About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations
  • Act as the first point of escalation for operational and colleague-related issues
  • Monitor and analyse operational KPIs
  • Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture
  • Coach, develop and support warehouse colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar operational leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with warehouse management systems and operational reporting tools
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
  • A proactive and adaptable approach with a focus on customer service
