Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar operational leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
Experience working with warehouse management systems and operational reporting tools
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
A proactive and adaptable approach with a focus on customer service
