About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise site leadership team on financial, controlling, and broader business matters to support effective decision-making.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Manage and analyze full P&L performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending corrective actions.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional teams, identifying key cost drivers and driving initiatives to improve financial and operational performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in finance and/or controlling roles.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel proficiency.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
