About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise site leadership team on financial, controlling, and broader business matters to support effective decision-making.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage and analyze full P&L performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional teams, identifying key cost drivers and driving initiatives to improve financial and operational performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance and/or controlling roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
