About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise site leadership team on financial, controlling, and broader business matters to support effective decision-making
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
Manage and analyze full P&L performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending corrective actions
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes
Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional teams, identifying key cost drivers and driving initiatives to improve financial and operational performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in finance and/or controlling roles
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel proficiency
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
