About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, supervise, and motivate an inventory team to deliver daily operational targets
Control stock accuracy through goods-in, out-away, counts, adjustments, and reconciliations
Plan and manage cycle counts, stock checks, and stocktakes, resolving variances effectively
Monitor inventory KPIs, investigate discrepancies, and drive corrective actions
Act as the first escalation point, working closely with operations and other teams to protect service and cost

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong understanding of inventory and stock control processes within a warehouse environment
Confident communicator with the ability to lead and influence large teams
Highly organised with excellent numeracy and attention to detail
Strong IT skills, including WMS experience and Microsoft Excel and Word
Flexible, resilient, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced operation
