About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver engaging, high-quality inductions, site tours, and operational training sessions
Train colleagues on MHE equipment (such as Counterbalance, LLOP, and PPT) in line with accredited standards
Support colleagues through coaching and on-the-job learning to build capability and confidence
Ensure all training is accurately recorded, maintained, and compliant with standards
Carry out regular MHE and safety observations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Ideally delivering operational training
6 months Counterbalance experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of Health & Safety, SOPs, and safe systems of work
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Flexible, approachable, and solutions-focused mindset
