About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take full ownership of the end-to-end warehouse operation on shift

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage resource planning, workflow, and headcount
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous management experience within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment
- Proven experience leading leaders
- Strong people management and engagement skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
