About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring KPI, SLA, and budget targets are achieved
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
Build, coach, and develop a team of Shift Managers and wider operational colleagues
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and operational standards
Manage customer relationships, performance reviews, and service delivery excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations management within a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent analytical and financial management capabilities, including budgets and KPIs
Confident communicator with experience managing internal and external stakeholders
Ability to drive change, manage priorities, and deliver results under pressure
