Inventory Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee end-to-end stock management, from receipt through to dispatch
- Lead and develop the Stock team, ensuring high performance and engagement
- Maintain and improve stock accuracy, reporting, and audit compliance (SOX/PWC)
- Manage cycle counting, stock audits, and inventory control processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient stock flow and operational support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a stock/inventory management role within a warehousing environment
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Ability to analyse data and produce accurate reports
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and continuous improvement
