About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Produce and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly MI reports to support operational and senior stakeholders
Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate into actionable insight
Create clear visualisations and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
Act as SME for Bringg and Microlise, supporting optimisation, configuration, and issue resolution
Support routing, telematics, and transport performance, ensuring efficiency and service delivery
Drive continuous improvement across reporting, systems, and operational performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with large, complex datasets
Strong analytical skills with an inquisitive, problem-solving mindset
Advanced Excel and Power BI capability
Experience with Transport Management Systems (e.g. Bringg, Microlise or similar)
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
