About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong planning and time management abilities
- A team player with a customer-first mindset
- Confident using IT systems (Word, Excel; bespoke systems are a bonus)
- Previous experience in a customer service or admin support role
