CI Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of assigned projects
- Deliver an overall 2% saving to the customer year on year across site
- Prepare reports on a weekly/monthly basis on progress
- Support site leadership team in understanding and application of Lean principles (Coaching & Mentoring)
- Provide support to colleague development through completion of Lean training programs, such as yellow & green belt projects (Coaching & Mentoring)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred, Green Belt minimum
- Continuous Improvement qualifications or portfolio of achievements
- Experience of managing cross functional teams
