About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement programs that align with 3PL operational goals and workforce development strategies
- Designs new community initiatives or adapts proven models to fit diverse site communities and customer environments; balances standardization (toolkits, governance) with local customization
- Lead high-visibility programs and initiatives to build workforce pipelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on business impact, strategic alignment, and stakeholder input
- Track and report on key performance indicators, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
- Facilitate workshops and learning sessions that support talent development, change management, and organizational capability
- Champion process improvement initiatives that streamline hiring processes and eliminate inefficiencies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Communications, Human Resources, Community Development (or equivalent work/military experience; logistics experience may substitute for education)
- 3–5 years of experience in workforce development
- Project management experience
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
