About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead by example in health & safety, process adherence, and team engagement
- Managing shift handovers, resource planning, and operational continuity
- Supporting HR functions including RTWs, investigations, and absence management
- Driving performance against KPIs and supporting site-wide initiatives
- Acting as site lead on Sundays and during management absences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in team leadership within a warehouse or supply chain environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
