  • Translates data insights into practical, site-level actions by spending time in operations, observing workflows, and validating how the operation actually runs versus how it was designed
  • Conducts onsite operational assessments to identify inefficiencies in layout, flow, labor utilization, and equipment usage, and develops clear, actionable improvement plans
  • Designs end-to-end facility layouts, storage media, and material flow with a focus on scalability, flexibility, and the ability to continuously improve performance post go-live

  • Builds and tracks KPIs (productivity, throughput, utilization, cost) and regularly reviews performance with operations teams to drive accountability and action
  • Supports WMS and system configuration to ensure solutions are flexible and can adapt to ongoing process changes and improvement initiatives
  • Manages material handling and automation vendors through installation and commissioning, ensuring systems meet performance expectations and improvement targets
  • Provides post-go-live support focused on stabilization, performance tuning, and identifying additional improvement opportunities across the operation
  • Acts as a hands-on change agent in the field, helping translate engineering solutions into executable processes with frontline teams
  • Mentors and develops junior engineers, reinforcing a mindset of ownership, field engagement, and continuous improvement
