About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing inventory operations, including cycle counts (PI), stock accuracy, and system integrity
Leading and developing a team, providing feedback, training, and performance support
Monitoring WMS performance and identifying/reporting any stock or system issues
Planning labour, shifts, and workloads to meet operational demand and budget
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and resolving inventory discrepancies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience leading teams within a warehouse or logistics environment
Strong knowledge of stock control processes and inventory management
Good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (Blue Yonder)
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
A proactive, detail-focused individual with strong problem-solving skills
