Key responsibilities & impact

Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse in your area
Lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets
Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams on a daily basis
Pro-actively support the site and customer’s continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change
Strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with health & safety policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating findings

What you’ll need

Experience of working in a supervisory position, within a fast-paced warehouse environment
Be a natural leader, able to coach others to drive and implement change
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation
Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
