Warehouse Administrator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage stock movement documentation and update systems to ensure accurate inventory records
- Maintain WMS data and support operational reporting to protect stock integrity and service levels
- Liaise with customers, hauliers and internal teams to resolve operational queries
- Support pallet tracking and financial accuracy through effective record‑keeping
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of warehouse operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in an administrative role within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
