About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic and operational HR leadership
- Drive the people agenda to achieve site and business commitments
- Provide full HR generalist support and advice to Managers and colleagues
- Lead on complex ER issues
- Facilitate harmonious employee relations
- Lead, coach and develop the HR team
- Ensure compliance in workplace ethics, legal, environmental, and Health and Safety
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a similar HR Manager role
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Practiced in dealing with trade unions and collective agreements
- Adaptable and able to work within a rapidly changing environment
