Transport Administrator
GXO Logistics, Inc.Transport Administrator supporting daily transport operations at GXO. Focusing on customer service, delivery schedules, and performance monitoring in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate daily delivery schedules and communicate updates with drivers, depot teams and customers
- Provide excellent customer service by handling delivery queries, resolving issues, and supporting a positive customer journey
- Monitor transport and delivery performance, including on-time deliveries, failed drops and KPI reporting
- Investigate delivery issues, identify process improvements, and support corrective actions to reduce service failures
- Maintain accurate administrative records, compliance documentation, report, and transport-related system updates
- Adhere to all Health & Safety and company procedures at all times
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in transport / warehouse administration or customer service environments would be advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with drivers, customers, and colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach with problem -solving skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and transport/ logistics systems to manage data and reporting
