About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsibility for all staff and workload with the CoPack department, across multiple shifts
- Create a strong engagement culture that drives momentum on site and ensures colleagues feel valued and appreciated
- Maintain effective and open communication links, positively encouraging teamwork
- Liaise and build rapport with the customer to allow for collaborative working
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven significant experience in a similar management role and environment working with a high-profile customer
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with demonstratable experience in CoPack project management, driving change and implementing a CI culture
- Strong financial acumen - you’ll be accountable for a substantial budget value of several million pounds
