Transport First Line Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate, monitor, and control transport compliance across all Clicklink network sites
- Analyse daily, weekly, and period transport performance, identifying non‑compliance, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Produce accurate, insightful reports and presentations for depot reviews
- Track financial performance including revenue workstreams, PCNs, cross‑charges, and costs against budget
- Manage and maintain accurate transport asset inventory, supporting audits and investigations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience of transport management with strong analytical capability
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across a geographically dispersed network
- High attention to detail with strong Excel skills
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with flexibility to travel and adapt to changing operational demands
- Sound understanding of transport compliance, financial controls, and UK transport operations
