About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and motivate your team to achieve productivity and accuracy targets
- Plan and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, health & safety, and company policies
- Handle disciplinary, absence, and grievance issues in line with our HR policy
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and share ideas with management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience of leading successful teams in a complex, fast-moving logistics/warehouse environment
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- Computer literate; experience with WMS systems
- Ability to manage change and develop a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
