Operations Administrator
GXO Logistics, Inc.Operations Administrator providing essential administrative support to GXO's warehouse operations in Medway. Contributing to operational excellence and maintaining customer relationships.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete root‑cause analysis for quality issues raised through customer quality logs
- Manage and raise transport‑related claims, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain and audit SOPs, SSOWs and training materials, raising non‑conformances where required
- Manage the site training matrix, ensuring colleague training records are accurate and up to date
- Support general site administration, including order requests and operational hours checks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (Visio desirable)
- A proactive, flexible approach with a focus on continuous improvement
