About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete root‑cause analysis for quality issues raised through customer quality logs
  • Manage and raise transport‑related claims, ensuring timely resolution
  • Maintain and audit SOPs, SSOWs and training materials, raising non‑conformances where required
  • Manage the site training matrix, ensuring colleague training records are accurate and up to date
  • Support general site administration, including order requests and operational hours checks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (Visio desirable)
  • A proactive, flexible approach with a focus on continuous improvement
