Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing teams in a high-volume warehouse or logistics environment
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
A proactive, solution-focused approach and the confidence to make decisions under pressure
Ability to build strong working relationships and support team development
Excellent organisational skills and commitment to safety and compliance
