Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, motivate and develop a team of Warehouse Colleagues to consistently achieve KPIs.
Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, loading, unloading and order processing.
Plan and allocate resources to maximise efficiency and meet customer requirements.
Drive continuous improvement, ensuring processes are clearly defined, communicated and regularly reviewed.
Maintain a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring safe working practices are always followed.
