About the role

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of Warehouse Colleagues to consistently achieve KPIs.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, loading, unloading and order processing.
  • Plan and allocate resources to maximise efficiency and meet customer requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement, ensuring processes are clearly defined, communicated and regularly reviewed.
  • Maintain a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring safe working practices are always followed.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience within a warehouse environment
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes including inbound, outbound and order fulfilment
  • Proactive, improvement-focused mindset with the ability to influence positive change
  • A commitment to safety, high standards and excellent customer service
