Talent & Learning Program Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex, multi-country initiatives by defining scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and success measures.
- Coordinate the execution of annual performance management and talent management cycles.
- Partner with country leaders, HR partners, and functional stakeholders to identify needs and deliver scalable yet locally relevant solutions.
- Oversee and optimize a portfolio of programs and projects.
- Ensure a strong colleague experience by managing communications, enablement materials, and operational execution throughout each program or cycle.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Multilingual, with fluency in English and at least one additional European language.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a learning and development, training, or related role.
- Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to manage complex initiatives end to end.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
