About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and inspire your team to meet and exceed KPIs
Manage automated systems including AGV Fleet, Auto-labeller Dispenser, and Pocket Sorter
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain a clean, safe working environment
Drive continuous improvement through SOPs and lean methodologies
Monitor budgets, headcount, and performance metrics
Promote a positive, inclusive team culture and support colleague development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience of working in a complex, fast-moving logistics/warehouse environment, ideally within eCommerce
Strong understanding of WMS, WCS, RCS, and automation technologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of the end-to-end warehouse processes, health and safety and IOSH is highly desirable
