About the role

  • Manage and resolve tickets related to contingent worker (CWR) profiles in SAP Fieldglass, including terminations, extensions, and revisions.
  • Maintain and regularly update CWR profiles to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Capture, review, and resolve integration files related to contingent workforce data.
  • Run and analyze audit reports to identify and address discrepancies or process gaps.
  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions to managers and stakeholders via email and system updates.
  • Act as a point of contact for CWMO-related operational queries and transactions.
  • Support talent quality through effective contingent worker fulfillment and data accuracy.
  • Drive process efficiencies via standardization, automation, and use of tools.
  • Support supplier performance optimization and cost-effective workforce management.
  • Ensure adherence to GXO policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related industry
  • Prior exposure to analytics or data-driven operational role
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP Fieldglass
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written communication skills for stakeholder interaction
